Call for applications for short-term research funding

The Centre announces research periods of 20 per cent up to 50 per cent for a maximum of five months during fall 2020.

The applicant should have a focus on a country or region in East and South-East Asia. Preference is given to projects that fall within the Centre’s prioritised research areas: Digital Asia; human rights and social justice; and global challenges and international relations.

The candidate should have Ph.D. at the start of the research period. Preference is given to early career candidates. The applicant is expected to contribute to the research environment at the Centre and also attend and give seminars.  

Deadline: 15 April.
