I am a PhD candidate at Zhejiang University of China, joining the Centre as a visiting doctoral student in November 2022. I received my BA degree in Public Administration at Soochow University (June 2017), my MA was in Sociology at Zhejiang University and then I turned in to PhD. program in 2019.

 My research focuses on the Sociology of religion and Chinese Christianity, with particular emphasis on marginalized believers (including LGBT believers). I am interested in different types of authority identity, intre-community stigmatization, and gender orders in Chinese churches.
