Acquiring good writing skills is essential for your success both at university and in your professional life. The course “Writing in English at University” has been designed as a resource for university students who are involved in or wish to prepare for writing assignments or degree projects. As writing conventions differ between disciplines the focus is on generic skills of academic writing. The course covers different aspects of academic writing, such as how to structure your text and how to convey your argument, as well as how to use sources and how to edit your text.
