Dr Astrid Norén Nilsson at the Centre has together with Professor Anders Uhlin received a grant from the Swedish Research Council. They will over the coming three years work on a project on civil society in Cambodia and Indonesia.

Dr Darcy Pan from the department of anthropology at Stockholm University was also awarded a grant from the same organization. She got funding for an international three year postdoctoral project on big data in China and will move to the Centre with her project.
