GADNET – Gender and Development Network, is a national network open for researchers based in Sweden with a gender perspective on global development issues.

GADNET is an informal network that will be rotating between Swedish Universities. From 2012 GADNET is hosted by the Centre of East and South-East Asian Studies at Lund University. At present GADNET has about 100 members.

The purpose of the network is to:

  • Provide information to the members of the network
  • To organize a yearly workshop.

The GADNET-group in LUND organizes gatherings, the yearly workshop and handle the e-mail-list.

We encourage further formations of GADNET-groups in Sweden. If you are interested, please contact us for further information or assistance.
