Just published: Making Law Work: Chinese Laws in Context.

The book, ed by Mattias Burell and Marina Svensson, is published by Cornell University Press. The book is a result of a research project on inplementation of Chinese laws (project leader Marina Svensson) funded by the Swedish Research Council and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency. Apart from contributions by the Swedish scholars from Lund, Stockholm and Uppsala involved in the project, the book also has contributions by international scholars.
