The Asia Library

Asia Library, the foremost library of its kind in Sweden, was created in 1999. It is a library for scholars, teachers and students of the Centre for East and South-East Asian Studies.

In 2011 the Asia Library had 13.900 visitors, 6000 loans and 300 inter-library loans and 560 new books were added to the collection.

The collections in the Asia Library hold 14.500 volumes. 5700 of these are in Chinese and the remaining volumes are mostly in English.

The Asia Library is a member of the Depository Library Program of the Asian Development Bank and a regular recipient of all ADB publications and policy papers.
