FOCUS ASIA
Twice annually the Centre for East and South-East Asian Studies arranges a series of public lectures titled "Focus Asia".
The lectures are given in English, and admission is free of charge. With these public lectures, the Centre intends to provide an opportunity to all those interested to hear Europe’s best scholars in East and South-East Asian Studies speak on important topics concerning East and South-East Asia today.
The theme for the Focus Asia that was held 25-27 April this year was "Focus Asia: Memory and Documentary Film: Exploring Painful and Forgotten Memories in China, India, and Indonesia"
